2025年10月3日，盧森堡迎來了歷史性時(shí)刻：亨利大公殿下宣布退位，其繼任者紀(jì)堯姆世襲大公殿下正式宣誓就職。
On 3 October 2025, Luxembourg marked a historic moment: the abdication of HRH Grand Duke Henri and the swearing-in of his successor, HRH Hereditary Grand Duke Guillaume.
作為一個(gè)實(shí)行議會(huì)民主并擁有君主立憲制的國(guó)家，盧森堡由大公在國(guó)內(nèi)外代表國(guó)家。

As a parliamentary democracy with a constitutional monarchy, Luxembourg is represented by the Grand Duke both domestically and internationally.
"A monarchy is often anchored in centuries-old traditions that form an essential part of our identity. And yet, the monarchy must evolve with the times and remain oriented toward the future. I want to be the Grand Duke who builds bridges between generations, between tradition and innovation," declared Grand Duke Guillaume in his first speech. " I will strive to build bridges between people, thereby strengthening the cohesion of our society. Looking to the future, it is our shared values, our creativity and our solidarity that shall carry us forward together."
在講話中，大公強(qiáng)調(diào)了創(chuàng)新和技術(shù)進(jìn)步的重要性。“通過創(chuàng)新投資，盧森堡如今不僅是領(lǐng)先的金融中心，也是一個(gè)日益具有吸引力的新技術(shù)樞紐?！彼赋??！霸诖诉^程中，我們正在塑造未來，建設(shè)強(qiáng)大且可持續(xù)的經(jīng)濟(jì)，并維護(hù)我們的社會(huì)模式。在盧森堡，我們具備應(yīng)對(duì)未來挑戰(zhàn)的一切條件?！?
In his speech, the Grand Duke emphasised the importance of innovation and technological progress. “Through innovative investments, Luxembourg today stands not only as a leading financial centre, but also an increasingly attractive hub for new technologies,” he stated. “In doing so, we are shaping our future, building a strong and sustainable economy, and preserving our social model. Here in Luxembourg, we have what it takes to rise to the challenges of tomorrow.”

He pointed out that one of Luxembourg’s main strengths is to build bridges, and that the country’s social stability remains an asset for both its society and its economy. “These are the hallmarks of a Luxembourg that is dynamic, innovative and attractive. In my new role, it will be a great honour to me to continue to embody this Luxembourg abroad and to support the endeavours of our government.”
